All quotations and proposals are subject to product availability and management approval. Prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Delivery schedules are tentative and may vary due to manufacturing, logistics, customs clearance, or force majeure conditions. Payment shall be made as per mutually agreed commercial terms mentioned in the Purchase Order or Contract. Warranty, where applicable, shall be provided as per the OEM's standard warranty policy. Any modification in scope, quantity, specifications, or delivery requirements may result in revision of pricing and delivery timelines. Installation, commissioning, training, and after-sales support shall be provided only if specifically included in the proposal or contract. The company reserves the right to withdraw or amend any quotation, proposal, or offer without prior notice. The purchaser shall ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and end-user requirements relating to the use of supplied products. The company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the supplied products. All information, specifications, drawings, and documents shared by the company are confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent. Any dispute arising out of business transactions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi, India. Force majeure events including natural disasters, war, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control shall relieve the company from liability for delay or non-performance. Placement of a Purchase Order shall constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
